Kate Spade Pop-Up Shop

About this Project

This project was all about creating a lively pop-up shop for Kate Spade that would fittingly present the brand while also bringing in customers and creating curiosity about the brand. We worked through the financials of opening a pop-up shop, including the costs of rent, staffing, marketing, and inventory. We also designed the pop-up shop inside and out, considering the brand's aesthetic and the needs of the target customer. Finally, we worked out all the specific details involved in opening a pop-up shop, such as permits and legal considerations, operational plans, assortment plans, staffing schedules, and many other details. We designed the pop-up shop in a way that would reflect the brand's image and appeal to its target customer. We used bright colors and playful graphics to create a fun and inviting atmosphere.
